Meet Our Staff

WATW Staff

Robin Nation, Executive Director
Robin is the founder and director of Women at the Well Ministries. She and her husband are life-long residents of McMinn County. The vision for WATW came to Robin while working as the Sheriff's Secretary at the McMinn County Justice Center in 1994. Jail Ministry is where she accepted the call in this ministry. She is a member of Clearwater Baptist Church in Athens, TN. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Education from International College of Bible Theology, certified Temperment Counselor and Licensed Pastoral Counselor through the National Christians Counselors Association, Certified in Personal Studies for New Christians, Committed to Freedom, and Biblical Counseling through the Tenn Challenge International. She is currently enrolled in the Level III Emerging Leaders Program through Teen Challenge.

She enjoys spending time with her family, camping, biking, and walking.

Phoebe Masters, Promotion Coordinator

Phoebe has worked at the ministry since December 2009. Before becoming a full-time staff member she was a student at WATW. She is originally from Lenoir City, TN but is now a resident live-in staff. She is certified to teach Personal Studies for New Christians and Group Studies for New Christians. Phoebe is currently working on completing the Biblical Counseling Course through Teen Challenge International. She is the kitchen supervisor for WATW. 
Phoebe has 3 children and 5 grandchildren. She enjoys cooking, playing the piano, and sports. When she isn't working at the ministry she is usually baby sitting and spending time with her family.   She is enrolled in Level II of the Emerging Leaders Program through Teen Challenge.

Lisa Pinckney, Intake Coordinator
Lisa graduated from Women at the Well on February 20, 2010. After a six month internship, she was called by God to become a full-time residential staff member. She is currently pursuing an Associates Degree from Tennessee Temple University of Chattanooga. She is certified to teach Personal Studies for New Christians, Group Studies for New Christians, and Biblical Counseling through Teen Challenge International. She also teaches at the McMinn County Justice Center as a part of the Jail Ministry Team. Lisa is a member of Joy Christian Fellowship in Charleston, Tennessee and an active member of the Cleveland Emmaus Community. She enjoys learning, laughter and fellowship with the Body of Christ.

Nikki Osborne, Higher Education Coordinator
Nikki came to WATW in June 2009 and graduated in October 2010. After graduating, she became an intern and is now a full-tim staff member. She is originally from Knoxville, and has two sons. Nikki lives in the new staff house built at WATW for women who have graduated the program and decided to stay on to work and regain custody of their children. She is certified to teach the Personal Studies for New Christians through Teen Challenge. She is currently attending Tennessee Temple University. Nikki is also on the Creative Evangelism Team and enjoys spending time with her family, going to Christian music concerts, and being a Cub Scout mom.  She is enrolled in Level II of the Emerging Leaders Program through Teen Challenge.

Eleonda Stewart, Fundraising Coordinator

Eleonda graduated from a Teen Challenge Program in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. She came to WATW on September 1, 2011 for an internship. She is originally from Morristown, TN and has two daughters. Since being at WATW she has started working towards getting certified in Personal Studies for New Christians through Teen Challenge International. Eleonda is also enrolled in the ELP program and is attending online classes through Tennessee Temple University. She enjoys spending time with her children, family, and reading.  She is enrolled in Level II of the Emerging Leaders Program through Teen Challenge.
